Nafeesa & Fatimah met in Bath in 2010. They have been sharing recipes and trying out different restaurants around Bath & London ever since. Zaleha was globetrotting before moving to Bristol in 2016. The three of them met at a picnic for ’local Malaysians’ at Long Ashton. The ladies have different specialty between them but their common interest in cooking and sharing food with others. They have hosted various ‘makan-makan’ (gatherings with food) at home and have experience in hosting large crowds for festivities. This is the reason why they started Malaysian Kitchen, to share their love and passion for cooking Malaysian food for the locals.
